Summary

In the absence of philosophical free will, philosophical (fundamental) good and evil cannot exist.  They can only exist in a practical form (like practical free will) as a useful way of classifying people and acts as they relate to the social contract.  Such people are not intrinsically good or evil, but rather behave so because of their genes and their circumstances.
